The Aluminance F50 façade system with applied caps is a classic, robust, and versatile solution designed to meet modern requirements in both commercial and residential construction. With profiles featuring an internal and external width of 50 mm, the system ensures an optimal balance between structural strength, energy efficiency, and architectural expression.

From an aesthetic perspective, F50 offers full flexibility: the depth of the externally visible caps can vary, and they can be manufactured in different shapes, adapted to the architectural concept of the building. At the same time, the depths of the internal profiles can be adjusted according to the static requirements of the project, allowing for visual differentiation without compromising technical performance.

The system includes a wide range of profiles designed to meet various structural requirements. It allows the integration of glazing with thicknesses ranging from 6 mm to 40 mm, providing efficient solutions for thermal insulation, natural light control, and acoustic protection. The 12–16 mm thermal barrier contributes to improving the building envelope’s energy performance.

The system structure includes vertical mullions with depths ranging from 40 mm to 220 mm and horizontal transoms with depths between 20 mm and 205 mm, adaptable depending on the span and project loads. The profile wall thickness ranges from 1.5 to 2 mm, ensuring durability and operational stability. The frame profile height is 40.3 mm, while the sash height is 22 mm.

To ensure natural ventilation, the system allows the integration of sashes with transom-type opening, parallel opening, or concealed tilt-and-turn configurations, so that movable elements are not visible from the exterior—an important advantage in residential projects. The sashes can be fixed on all four sides, and solutions for internal façades, including doors and windows, further enhance the system’s versatility.
